Submit a response
Use this route if your entity is named on this platform and you believe a record is wrong, missing context, or superseded. A response is published beside the record; a correction changes the record itself. You can ask for either or both.
The most useful submissions cite the primary source that settles the point — a state board licence record, an FDA closeout letter, a corporate filing. This platform corrects against sources, not against assertions, in either direction.
How a submission is handled
| Stage | What happens | Timeframe |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Receipt | Submission logged with a reference number and the date received. | Same day |
| 2. Acknowledgement | Written acknowledgement sent, naming the record concerned. | 2 business days |
| 3. Source check | The claim is checked against the primary source the record relies on, and against any source you supply. | Within 10 business days |
| 4. Decision | Correction made, response published, or submission declined with a written reason naming the source relied on. | 10 business days |
| 5. Publication | Any correction is logged in the record's update history with its date. Any response appears alongside the record. | Immediately on decision |
| 6. Escalation | One escalation available, reviewed by someone who did not make the original decision. | 10 business days from escalation |
What this platform will and will not do
What this means
- Publish your response alongside the record, without editing its substance.
- Correct any record shown to be inaccurate against a primary source, and log the change with its date.
- Record the date a response was received and the date any correction was made.
- Withdraw a record entirely where the underlying source is shown to be wrong or withdrawn.
What this does not mean
- Remove an accurate record because an entity objects to it.
- Publish a response that asserts a fact without a source, as though it were verified.
- Charge for a correction, a response, or an expedited review.
- Treat a submission as consent to any commercial relationship — there is none to consent to.
If you disagree with the outcome
A submission that is declined receives a written reason naming the source relied on. You can escalate once, and an escalation is reviewed by someone who did not make the original decision.
If you believe a record is defamatory, say so explicitly in your submission and it will be escalated immediately rather than entering the standard queue. That is the fastest route, and it is deliberately kept open.
- This process covers records published on this platform. It cannot alter records held by FDA or a state board of pharmacy.
- A response is published alongside the record; it does not remove or replace the underlying source.
- Timeframes are service standards, not guarantees, and complex source checks may take longer.
- No submissions have been received at this snapshot, so no response records are published yet.

Acknowledgement within 2 business days and a substantive reply within 10 business days.
Can you remove a record entirely?
Where the underlying source is shown to be wrong or withdrawn, yes. Not because an entity objects to an accurate record.
